1. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks from the date of dispatch. As a small and growing business, we appreciate your patience while we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

3. How much is shipping?

We provide free shipping on all our products!

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

5. What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If it’s been more than 14 days since you received a shipping confirmation and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@halonbloom.com and we’ll investigate for you.

6. What is your returns policy?

7. What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and include a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
