- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned with any included accessories or documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return label depending on the situation.
